DISC ADVANCED® Pair Assessment is a very powerful tool, which is easy to use. It is no wonder that it is so widely utilised.
It combines the results of two individuals into one report and determines a Percentage Match Score. It identifies the styles of individuals, how the styles complement one another and where the behaviour gaps exist. It provides each person’s:

How does the process work?
DISC ADVANCED® Pair Assessment is extremely easy to use. Once the participating individuals have completed the DISC ADVANCED® Individual Assessment questionnaire, we combine the individual assessment results of the two people into one user friendly report.
