It combines the results of two individuals into one report. It identifies the styles of individuals, how the styles complement one another and where the behaviour gaps exist. It provides each person’s:

How does the process work?
DISC ADVANCED® Pair Assessment is extremely easy to use. Once the participating individuals have completed the DISC ADVANCED® Individual Assessment questionnaire, we combine the individual assessment results of the two people into one user friendly report.
